• An assistance or service dog which is accredited by an Australian State or Territory Government may also qualify.
• Large enough to permit your pet to stand, flip round and lie downcomfortably, as per international laws.If the pet carrier isn’t large enough in your pet to do that, we must refuse transport.

• Two pets travelling in one kennel are counted as two pets regardless of combined weight.
• We don’t collect pet charges for other operating airways in your trip .
